Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. 

Delivery Time:

• Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
• Other Governorates: 3–5 business days

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location.
• Please note that once an order is confirmed, delivery fees are non-refundable and must be paid even if you decide not to keep or accept the order.
• If you request an exchange or return after receiving your order, an additional shipping fee will apply.

Delivery Attempts

• Our courier will contact you before delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful, a second attempt will be made. After two failed attempts, the order may be canceled.
